As there is often not enough time to share in-depth about our personal meditation practice in dharma sharing, I would like to start a focus group on meditation, so that we can learn from each other and support each other in our efforts. The group focus topic would be breath-based meditation practices, especially sitting, as taught by Thay.
Please reply and let me know if you are interested in joining, and I will include you in a poll to select a meeting time. I expect it would meet twice a month on a weeknight, on zoom, starting in February. Please include “Meditation focus group” in your email subject.
